Dean R. Collette, M.D.
Areas of Interest: Oncologic &
Vascular Interventional Radiology
Dr. Collette completed his medical education at the Loyola
University, Stritch School of Medicine in Maywood, Illinois.
He then completed an internship and residency in Milwaukee,
Wisconsin before joining the Medical College of Wisconsin as
a fellow in Interventional Radiology with an emphasis in
oncologic procedures. Dr. Collette joined Springfield
Radiologists, S.C. in July 2002. He is certified by the
American Board of Radiology and holds a Certificate of Added
Qualifications in Vascular and Interventional Radiology. He
is the past president of Springfield Radiologists, SC and is
a member of various committees in national and regional
medical organizations. Dr. Collette has a strong interest in
procedures for the treatment of cancer including
radiofrequency and cryo-ablation, chemoembolization, and
intra-arterial chemotherapy. In his spare time Dr. Collette
enjoys raising and training horses, writing fiction, and
operates Archer Creek Studios, nfp.
